I tried your recipe as I had a full container of heavy whipping cream in the fridge. The scones turned out okay but were not fluffy, just flat and dense. I saw somewhere in your blog as to why this might happen but, for the life of me I cannot find your comments. If you could point me in the direction of your post regarding this I would much appreciate it. I'd love to try it again and get it right.
