The dryness of scones depends on how long they're baked and how much flour is added to the dough. If you prefer a scone that's perfect for dunking into a cup of tea, add an extra tablespoon or two of flour and extend the bake time by 3-5 minutes. Be sure to peek at the bottom of the scones to prevent them from burning. With these two adjustments, your scones should turn out to be just what you're looking for. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
