Hello. I use your bread flour to make yeasted waffles. I signed up for a busy winter outdoor event where the temperature is going to be around 30 f. I get my dough frozen, but i wonder how and when am i going to thaw and let rise my individually wrapped dough balls,without having issues with my local health department inspectors. Thanks
