Hi Geraldine! We haven't tried using a warming drawer ourselves, but we imagine that as long as the temperature can be set low enough you could use it proof your dough. You'll have to do a bit of experimenting until you nail down how long the rise times will be for your recipe. Best of luck and happy baking! Morgan@KAF
