If you don't mind a slightly sweeter pancake, go ahead and add about 1/4 cup (35g) to 1/3 cup (52g) of malted milk powder to the dry mix. You might not need as much syrup to top off your pancakes, and the old-fashioned malted flavor will shine through. Give it a try and let us know what you think. Enjoy! Kye@KAF
