If you click on the recipe link in the post, it takes you right to it. I was a little confused at first too. King Arthur has great tested recipes. Their flour is also perfection. Does flour make that big of a difference? Yes it does! After 40 years of baking, I tried an experiment, one using another well known AP flour for my Can-do sugar cookie recipe, another batch with King Arthur. Same recipe, every thing else the same. Not only did I notice, but my husband and son noticed. They looked better, tasted better and had a better crumb. King Arthur will be the only brand I use from now on!
