While I didn't include that in my testing, Johanna, I love baking with ghee (especially in flatbreads). Since ghee/clarified butter already tastes richer and more buttery than regular butter, you might consider reducing the amount from what's suggested here. (Rather than doubling the melted butter in your batter, use 1.5x the amount called for in the original recipe.) We hope you'll let us know how the final product turns out once you give it a try.
