During the summer my grandkids stay with me. Their favorite breakfast is either strawberries or croissants dipped in ganache. I use 1 cup semisweet chips and 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (except I don't dirty two containers. Once cream is heated I dump the chips in the pot) I store in fridge, reheat in microwave.
