Hi Katie. PJ wrote in this article that for that ganache made from flavored chips (white, butterscotch, etc.), use 1 part cream, 3 parts chocolate (by weight.) Peanut butter chips would fall in this category of flavored chips. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
