Roxy Palo Alto April 19, 2021 at 10:57pm Just want to add that I used 1 scant cup of my sourdough starter, (mine was fed, 100% hydration, but I don't think it matters if you use fed or discard), in place of 1/2 cup buttermilk and 1/2 cup flour. No timings were changed. I got fantastic results! Reply
