Hi Maggie! What a delicious recipe. You can bake this in a ceramic or stoneware pan, however, you may have to adjust your bake temperature and time a bit as all ceramic/stoneware dishes bake differently. Generally, reducing the bake temperature by 25 degrees is a good start. Keep a close eye on the cake and once that tester comes out clean you'll know it can be removed to cool.
