Yum! I was at King Arthur VT this morning and enjoyed a piece of this scrumptious Blueberry Buckle Coffee Cake! The topping was wonderfully generous (maybe 1/2” off the cake and seemed like much more than shown in the photo). Is it safe to assume I can double the streusel topping? Thanks!
