Hi Dianne, while you could certainly fit this recipe into two standard loaf pans, the cakes are going to be more delicate than loaves and won't bake as high, so I would recommend lining your pans with parchment slings, to make removal easier. You can bake at the same temperature, but baking time will likely be a bit shorter, so check early (25-30 minutes) and reset the timer from there.
