The weight for flour is different from the standard 1 cup = 5 ounces (142g) standard found in just about every cook book reference (Cooks, The Food Lab) I stuck to what was listed in the recipe hoping it wasn't a mistake, but it appears the cake turned out fine with the listed gram weigh for flour.
