After watching a film "The trouble with bread" I learned some interesting facts and was wondering about how your company presses your flours. Do you grind the entire wheat leaving the fibers and nutrients in from the beginning of the process or do you separate the fiber and shafts out then grind and add the nutrients back in?
I have your products for years and love the results but was wondering about the manufacturing process. I guess its basically is it done the European way or the US way?
