Here in the Philippines, I cannot find liquid buttermilk, but what I find in most bakery shops and supermarkets are the powder version. Can I use this instead? If yes, will I dilute it with water (what's the ratio if yes?) or shall I dilute it with milk? (also, what ratio?) Hope you'll advise. Thanks much
