Hi Leburta. In baking recipes, the buttermilk powder is usually just added in with the flour rather than reconstituting it to make a liquid buttermilk. You'd still want to use the regular milk in the recipe. We have many recipes that use it to choose from. Feel free to experiment adding buttermilk into your favorite recipes to increase tenderness and add a slightly tangy flavor.
