I was disappointed they didn't include a frozen option. The author was quite flippent and that lowered the credibility of the whole piece to me. I do keep a can of powdered buttermilk. I regularly have kefir. I'm sorry this writer lives a small and sheltered life, but it doesnxt mesn the rest of us do.
