David T. January 28, 2019 at 1:22pm I make yogurt from whole milk and can confirm it works 1-for-1 for buttermilk in my biscuit recipe. As a side note, most store-bought yogurts are thickened with additional powered milk as well as gelatin, so Your Mileage May Vary. Reply
