Brianna, If you see this, you might want to try the recipe again. It seems like your measurements must have been off. (Maybe you left out the baking soda?) The proportions of ingredients are all pretty standard and there is certainly nothing that should cause them to be "flatter than flat." I've made them several times with great success. In fact, I'd say they were the BEST. ;-)
