we like Dutch pancakes,2eggs, 1cup buttermilk 1tablespoon maple syrup 1cupflour 1tsp. b.p 1/2bs. pinch salt and2tsp vinegar mix. then in a hot skillet, with drzzles of oil between batches,1/3cup measureof batter, before flipping we add light raisins(that have been soaked in boiling water and drained when plumped) they are very light and fluffy. when left over pancakes we reheat in the toaster works excellent and taste like fresh.
