Thanks for pointing that out, HMB. I sure do love waffles - almost as much as I love pancakes! They're a regular meal in my house. The tips outlined in this post about how to make fluffy pancakes also apply to waffles. We even have a waffle recipe that calls for whipping the egg whites and folding them into the batter (the Best Waffles Ever,) so you might consider giving it a try the next time a waffle craving hits.
