Yum! I love pancakes! And KAF! The tricky part for me is getting the temperature of the pan right. I was taught that a drop of water should dance before it evaporates. Could you give a similar tip for how to know you have the right temperature for this recipe? Especially for how to readjust for subsequent batches (for those of who lack either space or funds for griddle). Also, if I'm using a nonstick pan, I don't usually grease it. Does that affect these (or other) pancakes? So looking forward to the next lessons, especially the whole wheat ones.
