Hi Esta! It sounds like you might be referring to our recent email featuring cinnamon rolls our fellow bakers shared on social media! While we don't have the full details of that baker's rendition, you could recreate it by rolling your dough out as instructed, covering half of the dough with the filling, and then folding the uncovered part of the dough over on top of the other half (like a book).
