Hi, Rebecca! PJ isn't here to answer questions directly, but we think it's a fabulous recipe both made with commercial yeast and converted to sourdough. It really just depends on the flavor you like best. As far as what makes it fabulous, it's a combination of texture, flavor, and being a totally beginner-friendly recipe for folks who have been intimidated by cinnamon rolls (or even yeast baking in general) in the past.
