PJ I'm curious what you think of the much lauded 2021 recipe of the year cinnamon rolls? I'm told that it is amazing when converted to sourdough but if it's not the Tangzhong that's making the difference why is this apparently so much better than the standard sourdough cinnamon roll recipe? Thanks!
