I've read the article above and 'Introduction to TangZhong' written by the same author. As far as I know, There are plenty of Japanese recipes about TangZhong bread and some of them claims that you should retard your TangZhong at least one day in refrigerator and two days is even better. I think this process might give more characteristics of TangZhong based bread recipe.
