Hi there, Bill! We're sorry to hear that you're having a bit of trouble! We'd recommend feeding your starter with some whole wheat flour for a couple of days to see if this helps to give it a little boost. If you do decide to bake with it and give yourself a little insurance by using commercial yeast in addition to sourdough starter, we'd recommend only using a teaspoon or so, like in our Rustic Sourdough Bread recipe. We hope this helps!
