Hi,
This cake and Chef Zeb’s hot milk cake have same ingredients and method except for adding oil first to the beaten eggs in the latter. Any specific reason for the adding oil with milk in this one and what difference do you notice in the end product? Also which method would you say is relatively foolproof?
