Hi there, Amy! We haven't tried making this cake in a Bundt pan, but if you're up for an experiment you're welcome to give it a go! This recipe makes about 6 cups of batter which is the bakeable capacity for a 10 to 12 cup Bundt pan. This cake is lighter in texture compared to a typical Bundt cake so you'll want to make sure you prepare the pan well to enure the cake doesn't stick. Happy experimenting!
