We tried putting this into cupcakes. They bubbled up and ran completely out of the pan. The center collapsed and was not cake consistency, but more like a custard! It was the craziest thing I've ever seen!!! Two people reading the recipe and one person actually putting the batter together, and we still can't figure out what went wrong. The left over disaster was very tasty :-)
