We're so glad you enjoy this recipe, Elena! While the berry combination sounds amazing, we aren't sure that this cake would do well stacked up in many layers — it just isn't built for it. It would likely sag and result in a very sad uneven cake which we wouldn't want! Our Tender White Cake (which has a tender crumb but is actually super sturdy) is a recipe that was specifically developed for wedding cakes and we have a blog article that walks you through it with very helpful visuals on what the batter should look like each step of the way for best results.
