OMG! Best Birthday Cake Ever! Every cake I've ever made, whether from a box or from scratch came out with a dome in the middle and pancake flat on the edges until this one. This one came out perfectly even, well risen. And the taste--fantastic! I somehow flubbed the frosting, something that usually comes out well for me, but that was easier to replace than a cake.
