I made this recipe today, twice, following the recipe exactly as written, weighing my ingredientes in grams, and both times, the cakes rose, and sank 30 minutes into baking. My BP is new, my eggs were RT, I made sure to beat until thick ribbons, only beat in the rest of the ingredients by hand, until just mixed. I did not open the oven at any time, could it be too much baking powder?
