Would this recipe be even better with cake flour? I am always confused when KA posts bread recipes calling for all purpose flour (rather than bread flour) and cake recipes calling for all purpose flour (rather than cake flour). Is the all-purpose flour listed as the ingredient to make the above recipe accessible to more people? Or is this recipe best as tested with all-purpose flour? Thank you for your response!
