Hi Jenn! We'd recommend baking cupcakes at 325°F for 25 to 28 minutes. You'll end up with about 24 to 30 cupcakes. If you'll be piping the frosting on, you might want to consider making one and half times the frosting recipe. Happy baking! Morgan@KAF
