We haven't tested that Kelsey, but you're welcome to experiment. Keep in mind the cake likely won't be as moist or tender. We'd recommend not using Greek yogurt as its liquid content is pretty low. Since you aren't heating milk on the stove, you'll need to melt the butter on its own and then combine it with the oil. Annabelle@KAF
