Jeanne, that would depend on your specific altitude! Someone baking in Helena, Montana (at 3900 feet above sea level) and their sibling baking in Santa Fe, New Mexico (at 7200 feet) would need to make significantly different adjustments. Our High-Altitude Baking Guide includes charts (based on altitude) to help you figure out how to adapt any recipe for your altitude, no matter where you are. Happy baking! Kat@KAF
