There is indeed, Becca! On any of our blog posts, the link to the recipe proper is always in orange text directly beneath the first photo. On the cake pan front, we would definitely recommend using three pans, as a 1" deep 9" cake pan has only 60% of the capacity of a 2" deep 8" cake pan. If you're a generous froster, you may want to make a 1 1/2 batch of frosting to make sure you have enough to do all three layers. Happy baking! Kat@KAF
