Hi Lee! Thanks for reaching out with your suggestion to add tips on baking this recipe as cupcakes and a 9" x 13" cake. We've shared it with the team! In the meantime, to bake as cupcakes, prepare the batter as written and bake at 350°F for about 25 to 28 minutes. You'll wind up with around 24 to 30 cupcakes. You may want to increase the frosting recipe by 1.5 x if you're a generous froster. For a 9" x 13" pan, prepare the batter as written and bake at 350°F for about 45 to 48 minutes. If your pan is glass, lower the oven temperature by 25°F and extend the bake time by 5 to 7 minutes. You'll only need a half batch of frosting, or a 3/4 if, again, you're a generous froster.
