Hi Michele. You sure could make cupcakes with this recipe! This recipe will make 24 to 30 cupcakes and you'll want to bake them at 350°F for about 25-28 minutes. If you would like to generously frost your cupcakes or pipe the frosting on the tops, you may want to make one and half times the frosting recipe. Happy baking! Morgan@KAF
