Hi Diane, yes, most baked breads freeze very well, although because of the delicate nature of this particular bread it's likely to be best enjoyed within a day or two of baking. If you decide to freeze, I would recommend thawing it out at room temperature and then reheating in lightly tented foil for 10-15 minutes at 325-350F, or just until warm and tender.
