Hi Carol,

I love making English Toffee but I'm not able to make it during the summer months because of the humidity. Cooking the toffee is not my problem the problem is when I leave the toffee on the counter over night it does not harden. Someone said I could add salt to my recipe. Have you heard of anyone trying that? I don't know how much salt to add or if would help.
