Good Afternoon!! I always enjoy your posts.....Always learn something new. I am searching for a pot to cook my candy in similar to the one in the photographs. Could you tell me the brand and size and steer me in the right direction to purchasing such a pot? The one I have used for many years is an aluminum Dutch oven type with no handle (just small "ears" to lift with). I have limited strength now and cannot lift the pot empty much less full of hot boiling sugar!!!! My family is requesting peanut brittle and toffee for Christmas. Thanks.
