I tried this recipe 3 times.. first time for morning buns, second with bear claws and morning buns and today about to do a huckleberry almond paste croissant… so far this recipe is quite good at consistently producing crispy flaky pastry.. does take a chunk of time but results are awesome.. I would love a recipe for a pecan sticky morning bun if anyone has cuz that for me would be the penultimate pastry…thank you! ps- isn’t science grand?!
