Hi Debby! We wouldn't suggest freezing the frosted cinnamon rolls because the frosting may separate and look wonky after defrosting. She could freeze the unfrosted rolls, then put the topping on after re-warming the rolls morning of. We hope this helps! Morgan@KAF
