Hi there, Mimi! This article doesn't suggest adding sour cherries to pecan pie, but you can certainly give it a go if you'd like! We'd recommend adding 3/4 cup (85 grams) of well-drained cherries to your pecan pie filling and extended the bake time if needed. Happy experimenting!
