Meara (not verified) We don't work much with eggs in pie crust, Nancy, (though many bakers do!) but we do frequently add a small amount of vinegar to our recipes. It helps prevent the dough from oxidizing so it doesn't turn grey as it rests in the fridge. Annabelle@KAF Reply
