Bev, we don't recommend freezing fully baked pumpkin pie. The texture tends to get compromised once it thaws. Instead, you can freeze the unbaked dough and the filling separately for up to one month. A fully baked pumpkin pie can chill in the fridge for two days before serving. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
