Use your own spices to push the flavor in your preferred direction. Use brown sugar and sweetened condensed milk for sweetening and use evaporated milk-1 cup br. sugar, 1 can sw. cond mlk and 1 can evaporated...for 2 pies. Get 3 eggs per pie from the hen house. If you cannot make a good pumpkin/sweet potato pie with these inclusions...don't know what to say :) You can separate the eggs and whip the whites and fold back in for a nice alternative. Be a real baker!
